Your workspace
Workspace and roles
A workspace is one company with one brain. Invite your team, and see what owners, admins and members can each do.
A workspace is your company in Noetix. It has one brain, and everyone in it asks the same brain and adds to the same brain. A person belongs to one workspace.
Invite your team
An admin opens Settings › Workspace and copies the invite link. Anyone who opens it and signs in joins your workspace as a member, as long as your plan has room for another member. Making a new link stops the old one working, which is how to close a link that was shared too widely.
Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Member | Ask, add files and pages, edit pages, draft skills, and read everything in the brain |
| Admin | Everything a member can, and also remove things, connect sources, invite people, rename the brain, publish skills and decide approvals |
| Owner | Everything |
Ask an admin to connect a source, publish a skill or remove something.
Everyone sees the whole brain
Everything in the brain, including what was synced from Slack, Google Drive and Notion, is visible to everyone in the workspace. There are no per-source permissions yet, so connect only what your whole team may read.
Your data
Each workspace's brain is kept apart from every other workspace's. Agents and API keys act as the person who connected them and reach only that person's workspace. See the Privacy Policy for what Noetix collects and what it never does with it.
