Quickstart

Set up Noetix in about five minutes. Build your company brain from your website, ask it a first question, invite your team and connect an agent.

Get access

Noetix is in early access. Leave your work email on noetix.dev, and you get an email when your workspace is ready. Early access includes AI usage, so you don't need an AI key to start.

Build your brain from your website

The first time you sign in, setup takes you through four short screens.

  1. Website. Your company's address is filled in from your work email. Check it and press Continue. No website? Choose I don't have a website and add files instead.
  2. Review. Noetix lists the pages it found, best first, and picks up to 50 to start with. Your brain's name comes from your site. Change either if you like, add files beside them, then press Build my brain.
  3. Build. Noetix reads the pages and connects what they say. This takes a minute or two, and keeps going if you leave the page.
  4. Ask. Ask your first question. Every answer shows the pages it came from.

Pages that need JavaScript to show their text, or that ask for a login, can't be read. Setup tells you how many were skipped.

Invite your team

A company brain is most useful when everyone asks the same one. Open Settings › Workspace and copy the invite link. Everyone who joins asks the same brain and can add to it.

Connect an agent

Add Noetix to the agent you already use, so it answers from your company's knowledge while it works. In Claude Code, that is one command:

The first time the agent uses it, you sign in to Noetix in your browser. There is no key to copy. For Cursor, Codex and the others, see Connect your agents.

Keep adding

  • Connectors (in the sidebar): Slack, Google Drive and Notion. Imported files stay current on their own.
  • Brain: upload files, or write a page.
  • Your own AI key: when the early access allowance runs out, add a key from OpenRouter, OpenAI or any OpenAI-compatible provider in Settings › AI provider.
